Neither the sound of cars nor the sight of electricity pylons disturbs the picture. The property has around 50 olive trees on the slope below the terrace. The south-facing position allows you to enjoy sunrise in the morning and sunset in the evening.

There is a newer heating system, consisting of oil boiler and radiators as well as solar heating (hot water), which works without oil boiler consumption for approx. 6 months a year.
