With stunning panoramic views of the town of Barga, the Garfagnana Valley and Tuscany’s highest mountain, Pania della Croce, this 3-level property is set in scenic surroundings. The area is known for its stunning views.

Here you have the opportunity to shape the interior of your Tuscan dream home, as the property is only finished on the outside.
Inside, exposed chestnut beams and cotto tiles on the ceiling create the right rustic atmosphere. In parts of the house, faccia vista walls can also be created on the inside. The house rests directly on rock.
New granite frames have been installed around all doors and window openings. The roof is also new and has light conduction.
The exterior has beautiful faccia vista (exposed stone) and a new roof. Large terraces with plenty of space to enjoy the view and tranquility have been partially established.

There are several good flat areas on the plot that can be used for a swimming pool.
The road to the property is completely new and lined with beautiful stone walls. There is a locked gate facing the road.

A few minutes’ drive away is the public swimming pool and restaurant.
Barga town itself with its life, shops, bars/cafes and good restaurants is only a 5-minute drive away.
